Stamping invoices and documents as paid or approved
Bookkeepers, small business owners and office teams often mark documents to show their status: an invoice as Paid, a delivery note as Received, a drawing as Approved or a file as Draft. The ready made stamps are Approved, Paid, Received, Copy, Draft, Confidential and Rejected, or you can type your own text.
Tick Date to add today's date under the stamp, which makes it clear when it was handled. Place the stamp in an empty corner so it does not cover amounts or signatures. If you need the same word across every page of a long file, Watermark PDF does that in one step.
A stamp shows the status of a document, but it is not proof by itself. It is not a signature and it is not locked, so for anything official keep your normal records as well. Stamp a copy and keep the clean original in your own files, in case you need to send it again.

Can I add a signature too?
Yes. Switch to Signature in the same toolbar.
What is the difference between a stamp and a watermark?
A stamp is placed by hand on the page you choose, usually once. A watermark goes on every page, often large and see through.
Can I stamp several pages?
Yes. Tap on each page where you want the stamp. Every stamp is saved when you press Download.
Can I change the colour of a stamp?
The ready made stamps come in a fixed style. Use Your own text if you need different wording.
